Future renewals
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled. Email support@carpetcleaningseo.company to stop future renewals. Canceling a renewal does not refund work that has already started.
Paid campaign cancellation
For a refund, request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order and before campaign work starts. The refund excludes payment processing fees of 4.5% plus $0.45. Campaigns begin when the required order details have been submitted. Once campaign work starts, cancellation and refunds for that campaign are unavailable. Partial refunds are not offered.
Approved refunds are processed within five business days. If results are unsatisfactory, contact us to discuss the work; any redo or comparable package is considered case by case and is not guaranteed.
