Pages for the searches you do not have a page for.

Most cleaning sites have one page trying to cover five services, which means it ranks properly for none of them. Content work here is mostly building the pages that should already exist, written in the words customers type, and published directly to your site with a featured image.

The quick version

Six lines, and the third is the one that changes what most operators buy.

  • Service pages first, blog posts second. Usually far second.
  • Customer language in the title and headings, trade language in the credibility copy.
  • Seasonal content has to be live weeks before the peak, not during it.
  • Every plan is posted directly to your site with author-level access.
  • You own everything permanently, including after you cancel.
  • No cleaning instructions, no chemical guidance. That is your expertise, not ours.

Add content to a program

Content is optional on every SEO tier and can be bought alongside any of them. It is shown as its own line in the builder total rather than folded into the program price.

Which pages to build, in order

This is the sequence we use for a cleaner with one general services page, which is the most common starting point by a wide margin.

  1. Split the services page Separate pages for carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, rugs and water damage. Each one titled in customer language. This single change usually does more than the next ten articles combined.
  2. Build the problem pages Pet urine and odor, stain came back after cleaning, drying time, and heavily soiled carpet. These are high-intent searches by people with a problem right now, and hardly anyone targets them.
  3. Add the area pages that are genuinely different Only for areas where you have real work, real reviews and something specific to say. Twenty near-identical suburb pages is a thin content problem, not a strategy.
  4. Then the seasonal set Spring cleaning and pre-holiday, written and published six to eight weeks ahead so they are indexed and ranking before the demand arrives.
  5. Then commercial, if you want it A completely different buyer with a different vocabulary. Property managers search for contractors, insurance and references, not for a price per room.

Writing in her words, not yours

This is the discipline the whole service turns on, and it is the easiest thing in the world to get wrong when you know the trade well.

You say hot water extraction. She types steam cleaning. You say encapsulation, she types carpet cleaning that dries fast. You say subsurface extraction, she types dog pee smell in carpet. The page title has to match her, or the page never gets seen at all.

The trade vocabulary is not wasted, it just belongs further down. A paragraph explaining that you use truck-mounted hot water extraction at the right temperature, with grooming and proper dwell time, is exactly what convinces a reader who has been burned by a cheap operator. It is credibility copy, not a heading.

The same logic applies to restoration. Nobody at 2am types structural drying. They type flooded basement or wet carpet, and they type it on a phone, and they call the first business that looks like it will answer. A page written for adjusters will not be found by that person.

We build the target list from the customer side first, then check that every page has a credible trade-side section underneath. That order matters. Reversed, you end up with an accurate page nobody searches for.

Seasonal timing, planned rather than reacted to

Two genuine peaks a year, both predictable, both usually missed by publishing in the middle of them.

Peak 01

Spring cleaning

Demand builds from late winter. Content wants to be live and indexed six to eight weeks before the first warm weekend, which in most markets means writing it while you are still quiet.

Peak 02

Pre-holiday

A short, sharp run driven by people expecting visitors. Higher urgency, less price sensitivity, and a hard deadline, which makes availability messaging matter more than it does in spring.

Off peak

The quiet months

Where commercial work and restoration content earn their place, because neither follows the residential curve. Publishing them in the slow season is how the slow season gets shorter.

The full seasonal calendar, including how far ahead to start each one, is in the seasonal demand planning guide.

What a brief actually contains

Content goes wrong at the brief, not at the writing. Six things go into every one, and the first two are what stop a page reading like it was written by somebody who has never seen a truck mount.

The customer phrase, exact. Not the topic, the phrase. Carpet cleaning that dries fast is a different page from low moisture carpet cleaning, even though you would deliver the same encapsulation job for both.

The trade detail that proves competence. Two or three terms used correctly, in the credibility section. Three used well beats thirty scattered, and a page stuffed with vocabulary reads like someone quoting a glossary.

The commercial angle. What this page is meant to make happen: a call, a quote request, or a booking. A page with no intended action is a page nobody measures.

What is deliberately excluded. No cleaning instructions, no chemistry, no method advice, no dwell times, no dilution ratios. Marketing content that tells your customer how to do the job themselves is content working against you, and it is outside our competence besides.

Internal links. Which existing pages this one should point at and which should point back, so the site accumulates structure rather than a pile of unconnected posts.

Publication date. Especially for seasonal work, where being live in March is worth several times being live in May.

Why this is on the page

Because the brief is the part clients almost never see, and it is the part that decides whether the content is worth what it cost. You get to read yours.

How the wider program runs

Five steps, the same five every month, and you see the output of each one. Nothing here happens in a black box.

  1. Market review Your service area, your competitors, what is already ranking and why.
  2. Keyword analysis Targets written in the words your customers type, not the words you use on the job.
  3. On-page checks Titles, structure, service pages, profile alignment, the technical faults that hold a site back.
  4. Authority build Guest posts, Web 2.0 properties and amplification, every one delivered with a live URL.
  5. Report and refine Plain English, monthly, including the months that were slow.
08 / 12

What is different here

Most of what agencies claim is unverifiable. These five are checkable, which is the only reason they are on the page.

Every link comes with a live URL
Not a count, not a screenshot, not a monthly total. The clickable address of every placement, which you can open and read. You own those assets forever, including after you cancel.
One trade, not every trade with a truck
We work on carpet cleaning, floor care and restoration. That means the keyword lists are written in customer language rather than trade language, and the seasonality is already in the plan.
No contracts and no rankings guarantee
Month to month on every tier, cancel whenever. We do not guarantee rankings because nobody can. We guarantee the work, the counts, and an account manager who answers.
The parent company has been at this since 2009
Ultra SEO Solutions has served over 15,000 clients and promoted over 28,500 websites, with 94 percent client retention. This site is the carpet cleaning arm of that.
We will tell you when it is not worth it
If your volume is too low for the program you are looking at, we will say so and point you at the smaller one. There is a guide on this site whose entire job is telling people when to wait.

Questions

Call 424-666-2202 if the answer would change what you buy.

Why is content priced by the month rather than per post?

Because a single post is close to worthless and pricing per post encourages buying one. Content works when it accumulates into coverage of a topic, which takes months. The twelve plans are built around posts per month and word count, and the smallest is four posts of 500 words at $26 a month.

Do you publish it or do I have to?

We publish it, directly to your site, with author-level access. That includes the featured image. If corporate owns your site and will not grant access, we can deliver drafts instead, but publishing is the default because content sitting in a document does nothing.

Who owns the content?

You do, completely and permanently, including after you cancel. There is no license, no watermark, and nothing gets taken down if you stop paying.

How many revisions do I get?

Revisions until you approve it. There is no cap because a capped revision policy just produces content nobody is happy with that got published anyway.

What should the first four articles be about?

Usually the service pages that do not exist yet rather than blog posts. Most cleaning sites have one page covering five services. Splitting that into real pages for tile and grout, upholstery, pet urine and water damage produces more than any blog article will in the first six months.

Will the writer understand the trade?

The briefs are written here, with the vocabulary and the seasonality already in them. We do not give cleaning instructions or chemical guidance in any content, because this site sells marketing rather than cleaning advice and pretending otherwise would eventually embarrass you.
