A site that answers the phone.

Most cleaning sites lose the job in the first four seconds on a phone: no visible number, one page covering five services, and a form nobody can complete one-handed. This is a build that fixes those things, from $400 one time, and it is quoted after we look rather than before.

The quick version

Six lines, and the last one is the one an agency usually leaves out.

  • From $400, one time, not a monthly fee dressed up as a build.
  • Separate pages for separate services, because one page cannot rank for five.
  • Phone number visible without scrolling, on every page, tappable.
  • You own the domain, the hosting and the files, permanently.
  • Franchise owners get a microsite on a domain they control instead of a rebuild.
  • If your current site does not need replacing, we will tell you that instead.

What it costs

One line, one time. It appears in the program builder as a separate item rather than being folded into a monthly figure, because that is what it is.

SEO-ready website
from $400 one time

Quoted after we look at your current site. Scope moves the number: page count, booking integration, and whether content is being migrated or written fresh.

What moves the price up

  • More than six service pages
  • Online booking or scheduling integration
  • Migrating years of content from an old platform
  • Commercial and residential treated as separate journeys

What does not

  • Mobile performance, which is baseline rather than an upgrade
  • Basic schema markup and profile alignment
  • Handover of the domain and hosting to you

Two versions, depending on who owns the domain

This is the fork that decides everything, and it is the reason a single template answer does not work in this trade.

Version A

You own your site

A full build. Home, five service pages in customer language, area coverage, an about page that actually establishes who you are, reviews on the page rather than only on the profile, and a contact route that works one-handed on a phone in a driveway.

  • Separate page per service line
  • Phone visible above the fold everywhere
  • Fast on a mid-range phone, not just on a desktop
  • Structured data aligned with your Google profile
Version B

Corporate owns your site

A microsite or a set of landing pages on a domain you own. It does not replace the corporate location page and it does not breach brand rules. It gives you pages you can change, target by ZIP code, and point authority at, which the template will never let you do.

  • Runs alongside the corporate page, not against it
  • Targets your territory rather than the national footprint
  • Yours permanently, including if you leave the franchise
  • Built to whatever brand constraints your agreement sets

What actually loses the job on a phone

These are the four faults we find most often, in roughly the order they cost money.

The number is not visible. A homeowner standing in a hallway looking at a stain wants to call, not fill in a form. If the number is in the footer, or worse is an image, the call goes to whoever put theirs at the top.

One page for five services. It cannot rank properly for any of them and it cannot convert either, because the person searching for area rug cleaning wants to see area rug cleaning, not a paragraph mentioning it.

The site is slow on a mid-range phone. Not on your laptop on office wifi. On a four-year-old Android on a weak signal, which is what a large share of your traffic actually is.

Nothing establishes trust before the call. No reviews on the page, no real photographs, no service area stated plainly. The profile did the ranking, and then the site undid the work.

A cheaper answer first

Three of those four can often be fixed on an existing site inside the SEO program, at no extra cost. That is why the free analysis names them specifically before anyone mentions a rebuild.

How a build runs

Two to four weeks in most cases. The slowest part is almost always waiting on photographs and business details.

  1. Look at what exists Current site, profile, rankings and the pages that already get traffic, so nothing valuable is thrown away.
  2. Agree the page map Which service pages, which areas, and what the primary action on each one is.
  3. Build and populate Structure, copy in customer language, your photographs where you have them, schema aligned to your profile.
  4. Migrate carefully Redirects mapped from the old URLs so whatever was ranking keeps ranking. This is the step most cheap rebuilds skip.
  5. Hand it over Domain, hosting, files and logins to you. Then the SEO program continues on top of it.

What we will not do

Website work in this trade has a reputation, and it was earned. Five things we do not do, each one a thing somebody has been sold before.

We do not charge monthly for a website. A build is a one-time cost. A monthly website fee that never ends, on a site you cannot take with you, is a lease described as a purchase.

We do not build on a locked platform. If leaving us means losing your site, you never really owned it. Domain, hosting and files go to you, and that is not negotiable because it is the same principle as the link reporting.

We do not launch without redirects. A rebuild that drops the old URLs throws away whatever was already ranking. It is the single most common way a new site makes a business worse, and it is entirely avoidable.

We do not use before-and-after stain photography. Every competitor does, it makes a site look like every other site, and a close-up of grime is a strange thing to put in front of somebody deciding whether to let you into their home.

We do not promise a rebuild will make you rank. It removes obstacles. The ranking comes from the program, the profile and the reviews. Anyone selling a site as a ranking solution is selling you the wrong thing at the wrong time.

The cheapest outcome

Sometimes the honest recommendation is three fixes on the site you already have, done inside the SEO program at no extra cost. That answer costs us $400 and it is still the right answer.

How the SEO around it runs

Five steps, the same five every month, and you see the output of each one. Nothing here happens in a black box.

  1. Market review Your service area, your competitors, what is already ranking and why.
  2. Keyword analysis Targets written in the words your customers type, not the words you use on the job.
  3. On-page checks Titles, structure, service pages, profile alignment, the technical faults that hold a site back.
  4. Authority build Guest posts, Web 2.0 properties and amplification, every one delivered with a live URL.
  5. Report and refine Plain English, monthly, including the months that were slow.

What is different here

Most of what agencies claim is unverifiable. These five are checkable, which is the only reason they are on the page.

Every link comes with a live URL
Not a count, not a screenshot, not a monthly total. The clickable address of every placement, which you can open and read. You own those assets forever, including after you cancel.
One trade, not every trade with a truck
We work on carpet cleaning, floor care and restoration. That means the keyword lists are written in customer language rather than trade language, and the seasonality is already in the plan.
No contracts and no rankings guarantee
Month to month on every tier, cancel whenever. We do not guarantee rankings because nobody can. We guarantee the work, the counts, and an account manager who answers.
The parent company has been at this since 2009
Ultra SEO Solutions has served over 15,000 clients and promoted over 28,500 websites, with 94 percent client retention. This site is the carpet cleaning arm of that.
We will tell you when it is not worth it
If your volume is too low for the program you are looking at, we will say so and point you at the smaller one. There is a guide on this site whose entire job is telling people when to wait.

Questions

Call 424-666-2202 and we will look at the site with you on the phone.

Is $400 really the price?

It is the starting price and it is a one-time fee, not monthly. What moves it is scope: how many service pages, whether you need booking integration, and whether content is being migrated from an old site. We quote after looking rather than before, because quoting blind produces a number that changes later.

Do I own the site?

Yes, including the domain, the hosting account and the files. No part of it is held hostage if you stop working with us. That is the same principle as the link reporting: assets belong to the client permanently.

I am a franchise owner and corporate controls my website. Can you help?

Yes, with a microsite or landing pages on a domain you own rather than a rebuild you are not allowed to do. It sits alongside the corporate location page rather than replacing it, and it gives you pages you can actually change. The franchise page explains the constraints in detail.

Will a new site make me rank?

On its own, no. A new site removes obstacles: slow pages, one page trying to be five, no phone number above the fold, forms nobody can complete on a phone. Removing obstacles helps a program work. It is not a program by itself and we will not sell it as one.

How long does it take?

Typically two to four weeks for a standard build with the service pages included, longer if content is being written alongside it. The main variable is how quickly photographs and business details come back from you, which is usually the slowest part.

What if my current site is fine?

Then we will say so and you keep it. Plenty of the sites we look at need three fixes rather than a rebuild, and those fixes are already inside the SEO program. A rebuild you did not need is the most expensive way to buy nothing.

11 / 12

Send the site before you replace it.

Half the sites we look at need three fixes rather than a rebuild, and those fixes are already inside the program. You will get told which one you are, free, before anyone quotes you anything.
